Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
• Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Follow up with prospective students and parents
• Maintain student records and update CRM data
• Assist students throughout the admission process
• Conduct counselling sessions and educational presentations
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
• Achieve admission and counselling targets
• Ensure a positive and professional student experience
