MOBILIER SYSTEMS INDIA LLP is looking for a Quotation Mailing Executive to manage quotation communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, email handling knowledge, and the ability to manage quotation-related documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Send quotations to clients through email
• Prepare and manage quotation-related documents
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams for quotation updates
• Maintain records of sent quotations
• Handle client communication regarding quotations
• Follow up with clients for quotation status
• Ensure accurate and timely email communication
• Manage daily back-office activities
