Position: We are seeking an Education Counselor to join our team. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and career choices. This position requires a strong understanding of academic programs, career pathways, and the ability to effectively communicate with students and parents.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
– Proven experience in education counseling or related fields.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Knowledge of educational programs, institutions, and career opportunities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their educational goals and career aspirations.
– Provide information and guidance on educational programs, colleges, and universities.
– Assist students in the college application and admissions process.
– Help students explore career options and develop academic plans to achieve their goals.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and institutions.
– Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support students’ educational development.
– Keep accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience.
– Counseling certification (if required by local regulations).
– Familiarity with academic advising software and resources.
Salary: 3.6 Lakhs/ per annum + bonus
Probation Period: 3 months
Casual Leaves : 20 (after probation)
