Job Description:
Kalapurnam Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele-Marketer to connect with prospective students, promote educational courses, and generate admissions through effective telephonic communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns
• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets
