Job Description:
Kalapurnam Institute is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, provide career counseling, and assist them in selecting suitable courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and career opportunities
• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Explain course details, admission procedures, and fee structure
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment
• Achieve admission targets and provide excellent student support
• Build strong relationships with students and parents

Eligibility:
• Graduate Preferred
