About the Role
R R ENTERPRISE is looking for a dedicated Electrical Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee electrical installation projects and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and experience in handling electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical installation and maintenance work at project sites.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality requirements.
Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues during execution.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical installations, wiring systems, and site execution.
Experience in reading electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards, quality control, and site inspections.
Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
Eligibility
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical site supervision or site engineering.
Hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and site coordination.
Good understanding of safety regulations and project documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
