Job Description:
Avionic Consulting Solution is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to support organizational growth through effective human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations
• Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records
• Assist with other administrative and HR-related activities as required
