Job Description:
Vision Pro Xperts LLP is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruitment Manager to lead bench sales operations and manage the marketing of IT consultants across the US staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bench sales, client relationship management, vendor coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end bench sales activities for IT consultants
• Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Lead and mentor the bench sales and recruitment team
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and placement terms with clients
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely consultant submissions
• Track consultant availability and maintain an updated bench database
• Ensure timely follow-ups and successful consultant placements
• Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance metrics
• Stay updated with US IT staffing trends and market requirements
