Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day office administration
Maintain files, records, and legal documents
Perform data entry and document management
Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
Assist in preparing letters and office documents
Coordinate with staff and clients for routine office activities
Maintain office supplies and ensure workplace organization
Support scheduling and appointment coordination
Ensure confidentiality of office records and documents
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
