Diamond KPO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused UK Support Executives to join its support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting UK-based clients through calls, emails, and chat while ensuring high-quality customer service. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to UK-based clients via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer information and support tickets
Follow company processes and quality standards
Meet performance and service level targets
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
