Job Description:
Zarna Kamdar is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day retail store operations
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily store reconciliation
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Prepare daily sales reports and operational records
Train and guide staff to improve performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
