Job Description
Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the timely purchase of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, knowledge of procurement processes, and the ability to maintain accurate purchasing records.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and purchase orders.
Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
Track inventory levels and assist in procurement planning.
Resolve vendor-related issues and follow up on pending orders.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Support the procurement team in day-to-day purchasing activities.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
