Job Description:
HDFC Bank is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales, acquire new customers, and promote banking products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and acquire new customers
• Promote banking products and financial services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct sales calls and follow up with potential customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
