The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and business development expertise with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
• Lead the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand client requirements
• Lead, mentor, and support the business development team
• Monitor sales performance and prepare business reports
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to organizational growth
