Job Description:
Universal Software is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The candidate should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and products
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve user experience
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement design solutions
• Ensure consistency in visual design and branding across platforms
• Optimize designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Deliver high-quality designs within project timelines
