Job Description:
NextGenSoft Technologies LLP is looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams
• Improve user experience and interface design
• Maintain design systems and style guides
• Create responsive and engaging designs
• Analyze user feedback and behavior
• Ensure consistency across digital products
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools

Eligibility:
• Graduate in Design, IT, or Related Field Preferred
