Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 2–3 years of experience to design engaging and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, usability, and responsive design, along with the ability to translate requirements into visually appealing layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements
• Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly design across devices
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and design standards
• Optimize designs for performance and user experience
• Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in web designing
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices
• Good creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
• Experience with prototyping tools and design systems
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap
• Basic understanding of SEO and web performance principles
• Experience working in Agile environments
