Job Description:

Bony Shah & Co is looking for an Accounting Executive to manage accounting records, financial documentation, and daily accounting activities. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and the ability to maintain financial records accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting and bookkeeping records
• Prepare invoices and manage billing activities
• Handle GST, taxation, and basic financial documentation
• Perform bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups
• Maintain financial reports and account statements
• Manage data entry and accounting records accurately
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting tasks
• Support office administration and financial operations
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Required Skills:
• Knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting software
• Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• MS Excel and computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Time management and organizational skills
• Communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to maintain confidential information
