Job Responsibilities
Manage daily operational activities and client coordination
Handle travel bookings, inquiries, and customer support
Assist customers with tour packages, ticket bookings, and travel plans
Generate leads and support sales activities
Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport services
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details
Ensure smooth execution of travel operations and customer satisfaction
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of travel operations and sales
