Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an International BDE to drive global business growth by acquiring international clients and managing relationships. The role involves lead generation, proposal handling, and closing deals in international markets.
Job Responsibilities
• Generate leads from international markets (US, UK, Europe, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities and target clients
• Handle bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
• Communicate with international clients via email, calls, and meetings
• Prepare proposals and understand client requirements
• Negotiate and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical teams for project execution
Required Skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in international sales or business development
• Knowledge of bidding platforms and proposal writing
• Basic understanding of IT services and technologies
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Strong negotiation and client handling skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in business development
• Experience with international clients preferred
