Job Responsibilities
• Handle advanced technical issues and escalations
• Provide support via call, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and network problems
• Manage and monitor support tickets using tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution
• Mentor junior support engineers
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
• Collaborate with development and IT teams
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and technical support
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems and networking
• Experience with ticketing and support tools
• Ability to handle critical and high-priority issues

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
