Into AI is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and supporting sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to close deals
Achieve sales targets and business goals
Maintain records using CRM tools
Follow up with prospects and manage sales pipeline
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of sales and business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with lead generation and client handling
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Understanding of market research and analysis
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Good presentation and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–4 years of experience in business development or sales
