Job Overview:
CultureX is looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves leading design initiatives, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Conduct user research and usability testing
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables
Improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and creativity
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
