Job Overview
Amnex Infotechnologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Centre Lead to manage data center operations, ensure system availability, and maintain infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage data center operations and infrastructure
• Oversee servers, storage, and virtualization systems
• Monitor performance and ensure system uptime
• Handle backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Manage networking and connectivity (LAN/WAN)
• Ensure proper power, cooling, and physical infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues and handle incident management
• Lead and manage the data center team
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of data center operations
• Experience with servers, storage, and virtualization
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Backup and disaster recovery knowledge
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical thinking
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 8+ years of experience
• Strong expertise in data center management
• Ability to lead and manage teams
