Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer
• Identify and connect with potential clients
• Understand client requirements and propose solutions
• Prepare proposals and handle bidding process
• Build and maintain client relationships

Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software Development)
• Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer)
• Good negotiation and proposal writing skills
