Job Responsibilities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and bidding platforms
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Handle bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
• Prepare proposals and respond to client requirements
• Communicate with clients and understand project needs
• Negotiate and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in IT business development or sales
• Knowledge of bidding platforms and proposal writing
• Basic understanding of web and mobile development services
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT business development
