Xceltec Private Limited is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Web Team Lead to manage the web development team, oversee project execution, and ensure high-quality delivery of web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the web development team to deliver projects on time
Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements
Review and maintain code quality, best practices, and standards
Monitor project progress and manage timelines, resources, and budgets
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in web projects
Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical skills
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to management
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
Experience with frameworks, CMS, and web development tools
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
