Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Handle multiple job requirements simultaneously
Ensure timely closure of positions
Stay updated with recruitment trends and industry practices

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR or relevant certification is preferred
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
