Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
Perform manual and automated testing of applications
Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and improve product quality
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
Ensure software applications meet quality standards and user requirements
Review system specifications and technical documentation
Monitor testing progress and report results to the development team
Participate in product development meetings and quality discussions
Maintain proper documentation of testing processes and results
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies
Experience with manual and automated testing tools
Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management systems
Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
