Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of effective business solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and management to gather requirements and ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Coordinate with development and technical teams during project execution
Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are properly implemented
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Conduct market and competitor analysis when required
Support testing and validation of developed solutions
Assist management in making data-driven business decisions
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
MBA or relevant certification in Business Analysis is preferred
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to gather and interpret business requirements
Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis
Familiarity with project management tools and documentation methods
Basic understanding of software development processes
