We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing to support the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate will assist in managing sales teams, expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Support the General Manager in managing sales and marketing operations
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities
Participate in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and business presentations
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred
Significant experience in sales and marketing management roles
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strategic thinking and business development skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Experience in sales planning, marketing strategies, and client relationship management
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
