Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to support the recruitment process and help identify talented candidates for the organization. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting the HR team in ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
Assist in recruitment reports and hiring updates

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA in HR or HR certification is an advantage

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and resumes
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
