Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. The role focuses on revenue generation, partnership development, and achieving long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
Lead lead-generation and client acquisition activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts
Negotiate deals and close high-value agreements
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Set and achieve revenue targets and KPIs
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management
Education / Qualification
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills

Strategic thinking and market analysis capability
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
