Title: Production Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire production process. The role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing activities to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production operations
Develop production schedules to meet business targets
Monitor production processes and ensure efficiency
Ensure quality control standards are maintained
Manage manpower, machinery, and material resources
Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams
Control production costs and minimize wastage
Implement safety policies and ensure compliance
Analyze production reports and prepare performance metrics
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Education / Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
MBA in Operations preferred

Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of production planning and control
Understanding of quality management systems
Budgeting and cost control abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
