Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Engineer to support daily production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will assist in production planning, shop-floor supervision, quality control, and coordination with different departments to achieve production targets efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in day-to-day production planning and execution activities.
– Monitor shop-floor operations to ensure production targets are met.
– Support machine operation, setup, and process monitoring.
– Assist in maintaining production schedules and workflow efficiency.
– Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine breakdowns and repairs.
– Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
– Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
– Assist in implementing safety guidelines and 5S practices.
– Prepare daily production reports and update MIS data.
– Support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
– Coordinate with quality, stores, and logistics teams.
– Maintain proper production documentation and records.

Requirements and Skills:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
– 0–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles (freshers can apply).
– Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
– Understanding of production planning and control concepts.
– Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work in shifts and handle shop-floor responsibilities.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:
– Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
– Hands-on experience through internships or training in manufacturing units is an advantage.
– Experience in plastic, film, or polymer manufacturing is a plus.
– Willingness to learn and grow in a production environment.
– Strong commitment to efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
