Title: QA Engineer
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The role involves testing software products, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and prepare test plans and test cases
Perform manual and/or automated testing of applications
Identify, document, and track software defects
Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing
Ensure software meets quality standards and user requirements
Maintain test documentation and reports
Participate in release and deployment testing
Support continuous improvement of QA processes
Education / Qualification
Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field
Software testing or QA certification preferred
Knowledge / Skills
Strong understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC
Experience in manual testing; automation knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases (preferred)
Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and good communication skills
