Title: Site Engineer

Overview
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, supervisors, and project teams.

Role & Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
Monitor material usage, quality, and site safety
Maintain site records, measurements, and progress reports
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
Identify and resolve technical issues at the site
Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
Coordinate inspections and quality checks
Report progress and issues to project managers
Education / Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
Knowledge / Skills

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Basic knowledge of site safety and quality standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
