Job Summary
Fire Projects Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Fire Hydrant Design Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in fire protection system design. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and preparing layouts for fire hydrant and firefighting systems as per industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design fire hydrant and firefighting systems as per project specifications
Prepare detailed layouts and drawings using AutoCAD
Perform hydraulic calculations and pump capacity calculations
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications
Ensure compliance with NBC, IS, and NFPA standards
Coordinate with project, execution, and site teams
Conduct site surveys and provide technical support
Review and modify drawings as per client requirements
Maintain proper documentation and design reports
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems
Expertise in hydrant and sprinkler system design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software
Knowledge of hydraulic calculation methods
Understanding of fire safety codes and standards
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Attention to detail and technical accuracy
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate
2–5 years of relevant experience in fire hydrant design
Experience in industrial/commercial projects preferred
