Job Summary
BCE Global Tech is looking for an experienced Java Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise and the ability to work in a collaborative, Agile-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java
Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
Develop backend components using Spring Boot / Spring MVC
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Maintain technical documentation
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Java (J2EE / Java 8+)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
Strong database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle)
Experience with Hibernate / JPA
Familiarity with Git and build tools (Maven / Gradle)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java development
Experience in enterprise application development
Strong analytical and technical design skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
