Title: HR Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business goals while fostering a positive and productive work culture.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
Lead performance management, appraisals, and career development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR operations
Plan and execute training and development programs
Support organizational planning and workforce management
Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS
Advise management on HR best practices and people strategy
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certifications (MBA HR, SHRM, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office
Strategic thinking with a people-first approach
