Title: HR Supervisor

Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the human resources department. The candidate will supervise HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily HR operations and HR team activities
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR records
Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff
Assist in training and development programs for employees
Maintain HR reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Coordinate with management to improve HR processes and workplace culture

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR or HR certification is preferred
Relevant experience in HR operations or HR management

Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR practices
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
Ability to manage confidential employee information
