Title: Python Developer & Data Scientist
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Python Developer & Data Scientist to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using Python and modern data science techniques. The ideal candidate will work on data analysis, machine learning models, and Python-based applications to support business insights, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python-based applications and scripts
Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights
Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models for prediction and classification
Implement data pipelines and feature engineering processes
Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights
Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Flask or Django
Work with databases to extract, transform, and store data efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Optimize model and application performance and ensure scalability
Document code, models, and data processes
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Certifications in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Cloud platforms are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
Basic knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch – optional)
Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with Flask or Django for API development
Understanding of data visualization and data storytelling
Experience with Git and version control systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
