We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Back End Developer to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secureand high-performance backend systems that support web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with frontend and product teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain server-side applications and backend services
Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications
Develop scalable and high-performance backend architectures
Design and maintain databases, data models, and server logic
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
Integrate third-party APIs, services, and external systems
Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Stay updated with backend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Backend development or programming certifications are an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages (Java, PHP, Python, or Node.js)
Experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Laravel, Django, Express, or similar)
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis – optional)
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization
Knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and scalability
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP – a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
