Title: Sales Representative
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell the company’s products or services to prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead follow-ups
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve sales effectiveness
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Sales training or certification is an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on business needs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
