As a Backend Team Lead with expertise in Node.js and Express.js, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge backend systems. Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of backend developers in designing and implementing robust backend systems using Node.js and Express.js
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical solutions
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
– Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained

– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and ensure team members are trained accordingly
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 3-7 years of experience in backend development with expertise in Node.js and Express.js
– Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
– Strong understanding of backend technologies, databases, and web services
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
