Job Title: Factory HR Head – HR & IR
Experience: 10-15 years
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Factory HR Head to oversee all aspects of human resources and industrial relations within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership on HR policies, employee relations, talent management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
– Manage employment relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and industrial disputes
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees
– Conduct training and development programs for staff
– Coordinate performance management processes
– Handle employee compensation and benefits administration
– Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– Proven experience working in HR and industrial relations within a manufacturing environment
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
