Job Description: AGM/DGM Human Resources
Experience: 15+ Years (Core HR & Plant HR)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) or Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Human Resources with at least 15 years of experience in HR management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
2. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
3. Manage employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR issues.
6. Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
7. Handle grievance and disciplinary processes.
8. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
9. Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Master’s degree preferred
– Minimum of 15 years of HR experience
– 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
