Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing all front desk tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Responsibilities:
– Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing and organizing appointments and reservations
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
– Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
– Providing information to guests and visitors
– Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Good organizational and time-management skills
– Professional appearance and demeanor
– Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
