Job Description
here is the JD:Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram / Noida (Work from Office – 4 Days/Week)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best coding and design practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality features.
Conduct code reviews, ensure performance optimization, and maintain technical documentation.
Work in Agile environments, managing sprints and version control workflows (Git).
Required Skills & Experience
7–12 years of total software development experience, including 2–3 years in a lead/senior developer role.
Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java — Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, OOPs, and Design Patterns.
Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with Messaging Queues and scalable backend architecture.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
