Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations Executive with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across various HR functions.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating with hiring managers and participating in interviews.
– Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
– Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
– Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management for all employees.
– Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
– Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
– Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
– Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements in HR processes.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 1-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
– Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and practices.
– Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
